How to renew my domain name?

Domain renewals are now processed through the my account section of our website.

Step 1. To renew your domain simply login or click here.

Step 2. Under domains click Domain Name Renwals

Step 3. Follow the on screen instructions.

 

If you registered your domain name prior to October 19th,2011 then please follow the steps below.
(I don't want to do this I just want to renew my domain name click here.)

The steps located below will allow your domains to be listed in the New Domain Management System.

1. To get started you will need your customer number and password available from the old system first.

2. Login to the old system by clicking here

3. Top left corner under my products click Domain/ Domain Manager. Now click the domain you want to renew.

4. Under Domain Information find Locked in bold. Just to the right of Locked confirm it says unlocked. If it doesn't please click manage just to the right of locked. Then untick the box Lock domains and click ok.

5. Now scroll down a just a little and under Contacts find Administrative in bold. Confirm that the email address listed there is a valid email address you still have access to. If the email address is no longer valid click edit next to Administrative in bold. Located towards the bottom of the box you should be able to enter your new email address and click ok.

6. Again under domain information, locate Authorization Code. To the right of Authorization code click Send by Email. Then click Ok.

7. Now check your email, you should receive an email with the subject line "yourdomain.com >> Information You Requested". The email will be from support@olympicglobal.com. Open this email up and copy down the authorization code. You will need this later in the process.

8. Now log back into your account with us at following url https://olympicglobal.com/accounts/clientarea.php.

9. Under Domains  click Domain Transfer.

10. In the text box type in your domain name. For example yourdomain.com. Then click lookup.

11. Towards the bottom of your screen you will find in bold more choices. Tick the box to the left of your domain name and then click order now.

12. Under domain configuration you will find a section Authorization Code with a text box next to it. Enter the Authorization Code you received via email from support@olympicglobal.com. Reference step 6 and Step 7.

13. Tick the box DNS Management (FREE).

14. Verify your name servers are correct.

15. Now click update cart.

16. Now follow the on screen instructions.

Important after checkout

17. After checkout is complete you will receive an email confirmation plus an additional email with the subject line of "Domain Transfer Request for YOURDOMAIN.COM".  Open this email and click the first link in the body of the email. This link will take you to an agreement form that  you must accept to allow the domain transfer. *Note - You will be required to login to old system and except the domain transfer.
