Late Fee Policy
| Your account is subject to a $5.00 late based on the following policy described in our Universal Terms of Service Agreement:
- If your account was setup by one of our sales associates via in person or over the phone:
Payment is due on the 5th of each month, ten day grace period after the due date. A late fee of 5 dollars will be added to your account if payment is not received by end of grace period.
- If you created your account via our website:
All accounts that created through our website are due on the date of when you signed up for the service or services. (Also known as anniversary billing) Ten day grace period after the due date still applies and a late fee of 5 dollars will be added to your account if payment is not received by end of grace period.
