How do I close my hosting account with Olympic Global Technologies. Please do the following:

Step 1. Sign into your account.

Step 2. Top Navigation menu locate the product or service you wish to cancel.

Step 3. Find the account you wish to close, to the right of the account you wish to close click Cpanel Login.

Step 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Request Cancellation.

Step 5. Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation.

Step 6. Click the drop down and select how soon you wish to close your account.

Step 7. Now click Request Cancellation.

Your account will be closed within 24 hours.

*Note - As per our Universal Terms of Service Agreement we do not have a backup of your files. Once this process starts we cannot recover any of your information
